The challenge:
Create a versatile and timeless video solution for the walls of The Great Hall.
Our friends at Jack Morton Worldwide commissioned us to create the video content that would complement the refurbishment that they were executing in The Great Hall at the US Chamber of Commerce building in Washington, DC.
The insight:
The Great Hall is a windowless room.
We saw this as an opportunity, through video, to create a window into the history of the USCOC and beauty of the nation’s capital.
The idea:
Gallery by day. Breathtaking views by night.
The ‘daytime state’ of the screens merges beautifully with the room’s architecture to create a gallery of cinemographs of epic historical moments in The Great Hall. In the ‘nighttime state’ the screens become ‘windows’ looking out over the city.
The execution:
An award-winning solution.
A seamless blend of history, design, architecture, live action footage and animation befitting this iconic venue.
