The challenge:
Create a striking and engaging visual identity and positioning for the Intel Innovation developers conference in San Jose.
Partnered with long-time friends and collaborators, Jack Morton Worldwide on this one.
We did all the creative, they did all the production.
The insight:
Innovation is the messy bit that happens between inspiration and realization.
We proposed celebrating “the middle bit” of the creative process.
The idea:
Unpack and extrapolate the essence of ‘Innovation’ itself.
Rather than bolt anything else onto the name of the conference, we chose to build depth and breadth into the name itself.
The execution:
We reflected ‘innovation’ in all its forms, at all its stages.
We embraced the rawness of creativity, juxtaposing it with the gloss of
a finished product. From exposed wood pallet furniture to working hardware prototypes and everything in between.
